After the week is up, evaluate your activity log. What activities could you remove from you day? What time of day do you seem to have more energy and get more accomplished? Take this information seriously and determine what you can do to save some time.

Once you have taken the time analyze your activities, implement changes that will free up more of your time. Even if you save just an hour a day, that is one hour that you could be using to do something you enjoy. It can take some time to make the changes, but in the end, you will find the time it took was worth the effort.

Time management is critical for anyone who leads a busy life. Most people are able to work an 8 hour day and then come home to spend time with family or friends. The life of a busy executive requires more time at work. However, with the right time management put into action, they, too, can have more free time for family, friends, or simply relaxing.
